Pre Fall Anticipation

I am finding myself quite torn at the moment between feelings of excitement, disappointment in myself and a need to stop and smell the roses. Currently my lusts and online shopping carts are filled with a complete mixture ranging from bright maxi skirts to cashmere black jumpers.
Although the UK has had some unseasonable warmth (lets be realistic, any warmth in the UK is unseasonable), June is now officially here and therefore so is summer – so why am I thinking about pre fall and buying boots and jumpers when I should be finally embracing my sandals?

I almost feel guilty that I am even looking and not using this time to sort out my festival wear for August or getting a few things for my holiday at the end of the month.

Is it because I have bought enough summer things? No.
Is it because there is nothing I really want for summer? No.
After I asked myself these two questions I decided to do away with any guilt and embrace it. So far I have the gorgeous collection below I wish I could add to my wardrobe.

To be honest I think if I can plan two wardrobes at once why not? As long as I don’t put on a pink mini skirt with flip flops next time the snow hits London in December then surely I can buy as much of everything and anything my bank balance will allow. The real question I should be asking is what do I get first…
